Surveys – City of Fillmore

Envicom Corporation prepared the Biological Resources Assessment Report for the Heritage Valley Parks Specific Plan.The comprehensive report incorporated data collected over a period of four years. Studies included:

  • General plant and wildlife surveys
  • Spring floristic surveys
  • Jurisdictional delineations of the study area for the years 2000, 2001, and 2002
  • Habitat mapping
  • Wildlife movement surveys

In addition to the comprehensive Biological Resources Assessment Report, Envicom conducted focused surveys for Federally and State listed threatened and/or endangered species. The studies, which were conducted in accordance with U.S. Fish and Wildlife protocols, included, Least Bell’s Vireo and Southwestern Willow Flycatcher Surveys.
