Envicom Corporation conducted a Biological Assessment and Environmental Constraints Analysis for the Greenfield Ranch property located near the western end of Hidden Valley, south of Potrero Road, in the Santa Monica Mountains of Ventura County. The proposed project includes four new residential buildings and entails the subdivision of approximately 446 acres into five lots that would range between 40.88 acres and 231.67 acres in size, and the preservation of approximately 210 acres of open space.
Envicom Corporation evaluated Environmental Constraints on the proposed project site including vegetation, protected trees, jurisdictional areas, and cultural resources constraints. Geographic Information Systems (GIS) was utilized to layer resource constraints in order to determine the development opportunities on the Greenfield Ranch site.
