The Department of Biological Services at Envicom Corporation provides a spectrum of consulting and research services dedicated to vigorous scientific investigation and resource management. Our expert professional staff is skilled in the identification and analysis of biology resource compliance requirements under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Quality Act (NEPA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Federal Endangered Species Act (ESA), and State California Endangered Species Act (CESA). In addition, our staff acts as liaison between our clients and the trustee resource agencies, such as the California Department of Fish and Game (CDFG), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE), and the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB).
